Originally created for American Express on the occasion of the Paris International Contemporary Art Fair, the “FIAC”, the idea was to produce a simple and foldable model, by analogy with a paper bag. The base is assembled like the sole of a shoe, which gives the bag its distinctive appearance.

A practical and lightweight briefcase. It readily contains a laptop and accompanying items: folders, books, magazines, etc.

The base is marked by a pleat-like divide along its middle, enabling the bag to folded like a paper bag. It can thus, for example, be slipped into a suitcase to take it with you on a trip…

The model offered by American Express to its clients at the FIAC was called “L’Original”. After being reworked to join our permanent collection, it has now become “L’Ultime”, with, in particular, a leather lining and a removable shoulder strap.
